The Ministry of Finance, Planning and Economic Development (MOFPED) has published the 11th edition its quarterly newsletter, the MOFPED Times, which provides detailed information on the national budget for financial year 2023/24, private-private partnerships (PPPs), tax policy improvements to reduce cost of doing business (cost of money, insurance, fair competition etc..), and public investment management issues to improve on infrastructure development, amongst others.
